Delivery and Returns

Delivery:

Purchases will be shipped within 3-5 working days of purchase date.

Open and Limited Edition Prints:

Prints are made to order, please allow an additional 5-7 days for production time.

Original Oil Paintings:

To ensure safe delivery, original oil paintings require specialized packaging. Please allow an additional 5-7 days in addition to estimated times for delivery.

Shipping:

All purchases over $50 will be sent using a trackable shipping service and carry shipping insurance.

Purchases will be shipped via USPS or UPS.

Each package is shipped in either a tube or a flat sturdy mailer.

If your package tracking is marked “Delivered”, but is not delivered to you, is lost or stolen, please first check your confirmation email to make sure the shipping address is correct.

If it is delivered back to my studio I will gladly resend it to the corrected shipping address but will ask you to pay for reshipping.

If the address is correct and you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping service personally.

If you are shipping a product over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Returns:

We are happy to issue a refund or credit note for any items returned to us in fully saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. The customer pays the return postage.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, please contact your local shipping service to provide you with the best packaging to keep the art safe. Damaged products will not be refunded. If you are returning a product over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.

Additional non-returnable items include gift cards and downloadable software.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on any returns that are not defective by manufacturer. If you ordered incorrectly or wish for a different item we will gladly work out an exchange. Although we can not pay the postage charge either way, we will do our best to help you with returns/exchanges.

Cancellations:

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order and it has not left our premises, we will need to charge the fee that the Bank/Paypal charge us. If the order has left the premises then further charges may apply.
